Everything was great, friendly staff, room was clean. Rooms were a bit small, but offered everything we needed for a short stay. The only complaint I have is the walls are NOT in anyway, sound proof. The noise from the hallways, boardwalk and neighboring rooms could be heard at all hours.

The room smelled terribly of dirty feet and was real tiny. No ventilations. The staff were not engaging.

Would’ve rated 5* but staff billed my credit card three deposits and charged me twice for my room, took a week before it was all straightened out.

Nice beds. Try to get above second floor ocean front. Indian girl at front desk you can’t understand at ALL. My card didn’t work. Another guy came over and said run it a different way and it still was NOT DECLINED as she kept saying but card error as the other guy kept saying. Stupid woman. Would I come on vacation with no $. They did NOTHING to resolve it! So I had to use a credit card I didn’t want to use. Terrible customer service. Parking garage is way across the street for guests. Not staying again.

I stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel decent. The only cons were the indoor pool had ants where the table was located and the rooms hd some suspicious stains on the rug near the bed and on the ceiling ( it looked like BBQ sauce on the wood panels). The staff was nice and helpful with any questions I had. The parking deck was across the street and I felt safe walking and parking.

The view was excellent. I will definitely be staying again. Do not expect a continental breakfast. Other than that, I loved the stay.

The parking was in a garage across the street but the $5/day that covers you in and out was convenient. Very clean and we enjoyed the pool. It would have been even better if the pool was a little warmer while it’s still 55 degrees out.

Fantastic location - all rooms seem to have a balcony and ocean view. Comfy beds and bedding, quiet (visited in Feb). I would definitely come back

Valentines Day Getaway
My wife and I stayed 2 nights and starting with Valentines day and enjoyed our stay even though the temps where to low to take advantage of the beach. The proximity to good restuarants is excellent. The hotel restaurant, Maui's is very good and recommended. We spent the afternoon at the VA Aquarium and Marine Science Center which is worth the time!

The team was very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Only one slight issue was on the first morning we had cold water in our shower. Mentioned it to the front desk and he explained the situation and it was fine the rest of the mornings. The heating controls could be programmed better for a guest to work. Room got to hot when turning temperature back. One room had TV issue of picture going on and off. It happened on different channels. Otherwise, good place to stay! Breakfast was filling, bar was good (a little pricey on some drinks), cookies were a welcome treat on the way in!!!

Clean but thin walls
Very clean room; was surprised to discover their parking lot was for Valet Parking only at $35/night or $5/night to park a block away (at night) in a parking deck, which my vehicle is too tall for…and the next morning, l discovered that the Valet Parking attendents don’t come in until 9am (and end at 9pm)…also had no hot water the first morning there, and no room service as promised on my Hotel APP. Also, the walls are thin, so was woken up both nights there from people next door talking and laughing at 2 and 3am. No one answered the phone at main desk when l used the room phone, but answered when l called from my cell, and security did quickly addresz the issue (and did so nicely/respectfully). The warm cookie and view from balcony was great. Mini fridge was hood, but no microwave in the room was a big disaapointment. The restaurant attached was great food, but pricey…and needed acreservation for Saturday night, which we found out the hard way.
