I love the size of the room and the ocean view. I have stayed there before, and will again. It could use some cosmetic upgrades. The room needs a higher sitting toilet. The bathroom has an awkward angle and the very low toilet impedes mobility.

Location is prime!

The hotel just needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards, cabinets, grout were all dirty. We brought our own cleaning products luckily and we cleaned to our standards. Other than that, its right on the beach! Location is perfect!

Location is very good. Everything was clean. Only complaint was the fake leather on couch was peeling off. It looked bad and pieces stuck to shorts and was all over floor, needs replacing.

THE VIEW!

Being an off season stay, this hotel was very affordable. Every room has an oceanfront view and it is centrally located along Atlantic Avenue with on site parking. Customer Service was great. I was on the 3rd floor so I prefer the stairs but that was the one area that felt out of place with odor and trash.

Good hotel

Was a quick trip over night. Room set up was good, it has been well used however it accomplishes what my task was. Desk person was extremely nice and friendly. Was a good stay.

This hotel is very rundown and dirty. The room was not very clean. The floors felt gritty. The bathroom is set up oddly with a very small toilet and a strange angle to the tub. Very tight quarters. The lobby has a funky odor, and the elevator is a little scary. If it's windy, they lock the only door that has a ramp for wheeling in or out a luggage cart. We had to lift a fully loaded luggage cart in and out because surprise, it's windy at the beach. Putting a ramp on the main entrance door would be a wonderful idea. It's hard to believe this a Wyndham property. On the plus side the bed lines were clean, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, it's spacious (except for the bathroom), and it's in a good location. This hotel needs to be updated. I would not stay here again.

The young gentlemen who helped me check in was very quick and respectful been coming to this same hotel for the past 4 years and the penthouse is what we always book cause it’s so spacious! Especially with a daughter who uses a wheelchair

We paid for the in room Jacuzzi and could not use it due to mold coating the inside of the jets. It would spray out mold every time we tried to clean and run it because it was so bad. However, the front desk agent was very understanding of our complaint and offered us to switch rooms. Unfortunately, the other available jacuzzi suite had the same problem. The GM did offer us 20% off of our stay because of this. Overall, the cleanliness is seriously lacking but the staff was kind and accommodating.

Perfect location. Friendly staff on all shifts. The suite was really cute, Perfect oceanfront views. The only cons: it was cold in the suite at check-in and the heating units were not on, so we had to wait for the heat to get pumping. The other cons is that the floors felt unswept and gritty and the wet bar sink dripped continuously. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay.

Great location right on the beach with balcony and ocean view. Small kitchenette was good. Beds fair. Tiny bathroom. Small outside pool with parking lot view. Only one parking spot per room- not emphasized at check-in, which resulted in 1 of our cars being towed!

We were not notified until we got there that they did not have housekeeping services, so, we had to sweep our own floors, and go to the front desk for towels, coffee, etc. the bathroom stool was very cramped close to the bathtub. What we loved was the patio, beach view, the two rooms, and fantastic location.

Price is crazy for what they offer

Never had not one person bring towels or clean. Pool was filled with sand. Could only park 1 vehicle, so you were supposed to pay for parking on street for a week

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, but the elevator was incredibly slow—it felt like waiting for a bus. The bathroom was very small, especially compared to other, more spacious hotels we've stayed at nearby for a lower price. The online photos didn’t quite match the actual space, which was a bit disappointing. If you’re considering spending on this hotel, you might find better value elsewhere with more room for your money. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and professional during check-in.

I liked that it was on the beach, the hotel is in desperate need of renovation and the night club across the street playing LOUD music until 2 AM is probably the worst thing, the room was dirty and the toilet worked sometimes. I would not recommend. I will not stay again.

Stayed 5 nights and house keeping didn't come around once. Bathroom was split into two rooms with the toilet crammed right up to the bath tub, and the other area was barely lit for shaving etc. Parking was extremely tight to park. Kitchenette had no cookware or utensils. Cable reception was terrible. Hotel is in need of desperate remodeling, but they are in a great location.

Our overall stay was decent! The property definitely needs to be updated...I was surprised to walk in and find the living room was updated with laminate flooring instead of carpet like the pictures showed. The bathroom is super tiny and very hard to use the bathroom and shower...they almost touch each other. The staff was super nice and very helpful when we came back late Saturday night and there was no parking available. I would definitely stay here again but just wish they would do some updates first. The view from the room was gorgeous!

One small, very slow elevator for the entire property. Dirty bedding and when we brought them down and asked for replacements they said they didn’t have any! Honestly, just filthy! The view, shopping, restaurants and atmosphere surrounding the property were spectacular.
