The property was beautiful and clean. We had some bad luck with the airline leaving our luggage in Miami. So, when our taxi (ordered by Rosewood) took 30 minutes to pick us up and then upon arrival, our butler was nowhere to be found. We were frustrated. We waited for him to arrive for a while. Once he did arrive, he was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that we were only there for one night before leaving for our villa. Dinner in the Rum Room left much to be desired as far as quality of food. Breakfast was amazing and the service there was wonderful. So, I would say a 3-4 star experience. Disappointing, especially for the cost. I would not stay again.

The butler service was fantastic. The food and drinks were great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a second honeymoon for us and they gave us a bottle of champagne and a yummy dessert. My only complaint is that everything was very pricey.

Excellent Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Little Dix Bay. The location, room, view, beach and staff were all terrific for a very quiet non pretentious getaway. The food was just ok - not great. But the staff was always willing to accommodate any request. The spa was excellent too!

Amazing property! Exceptional location! Full of turtles on the bay right in front of the hotel. Great snorkel. The option of dropping off guests in nearby Islands for picnic is fantastic! I really enjoyed it. The Baths are wonderful. I would go back again to this place.

Watch for food quality

Other than food quality and options, this place is a excellent, but after the first night, we left the property every night to eat elsewhere on the island. The menu is very narrow in options, and we had to return two caesar salads due to wilted lettuce and being drowned in salad dressing.

RLDBay is a beautiful property, and Virgin Gorda has the best beaches in the Caribbean. The rates are expensive but includes many activities. However, for the nightly rate, breakfast should have been included! Our butlers were not helpful. The rooms smell moldly/musty from the humidity. Bring a Renuzit/Glad room freshener!!!

I like the comfortable luxury of this quiet little resort. Service was superb and facilities are very nice. The only issue we had were mosquitos swarms that covered the whole island for the last 3 of our 6 night stay. They were everywhere, including the beach and restaurants. In researching why, I found the local government had been hoodwinked into paying a biotech company to release millions of mosquitoes. The hope is to reduce mosquito in the future, but it certainly is at the expense of tourist and the natural environment. While this decision to release millions of mosquitoes is not on Little Dix, it would have helped to have screen porches. There simple was not a place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Water activities were safe during the day, but by 4pm, the biotech mosquitoes were large and in charge of the whole island.

Wonderful view. Palm trees, the bay and water breaking over the reef Beach staff, Jose and Lucy we warm and attentive. We were there celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary and our sons 16th birthday. It was an amazing stay! The food, room, the propert was just fantastic. The service was top notch and we enjoyed every aspect of our trip!!

The property is beautiful and the rooms are lovely but I was unprepared for the excessive markups on everything from a bottle of water ($10.00) to a group yoga class (65.00).
