"Tried checking in during their posted hours on the door and information had recieved from them but no one there. "Great owners who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience in Puerto Rico. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. "The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. "This was about as basic as you can get but that’s all I need for one night. It’s about the size of an average bedroom with a bathroom. It’s also nice to have the beach within a couple blocks. "Great location in Las Croabas! Minutes from Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida, Kayak Village, Yunque Rain Forest, Kalizo Restaurant (best in area) etc. Cute, clean, simple, very comfortable mini hotel, Parking right out front. "Building was kind of broken. Elevator worked most but not all the time. Inside appliances were outdated and noisy. Best part was the pool and outside amenities including closeness to the beach. "

"I did not like this place at all and me and my family felt like no one on the property wanted to help us and didn’t know anything about what we could do around the area. "The area was beautiful and the condo was very nice. The condo was very clean and georgious. It had a very beautiful mountainous and coastal views from the balcony. The condo grounds had a security guard 24 hours a day and the pools were very nice too. We will return. "
