"The hotel is top notch. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and an upgraded room. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The outdoor lounging areas were delightful - pool & spa area very clean and up to date. My daughter in law enjoyed a massage while there. She said it was fabulous! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay there! "

"Upon arrival we were greeted by Nicola. Check in was seemless. Location was superb! Right outside our door was breakfast every morning and all the shops. He made dinner reservations for us at wonderful restaurants. He arranged a car to take us to a vineyard in Verona, which was wonderful! Tanina helped us plan every day with her knowledge of the area.
