Good place to stay, the only thing is, our room was a room near of the restaurant and the movement in the restaurant start to early in the morning and you can hear everything

The service was terrible and they take advantage of people that are not from the area they charge for everything,they charged me for towels and pillowcases and they also kept my passport until i left the room im not coming back to this hotel again

The property is located in Downtown Villahermosa. We arrived late and we struggle to find the entrance. The parking lot was closed, too. Until we found a ring bell on the wall, someone from the front desk came out to open the gate.

Muy bueno pero falta organización

Desayuno y estacionamiento excelentes. La recepción no tan buena, les falta organización y comunicación. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel y las dos veces siendo más de las 4:00pm tengo que esperar a que me preparen una habitación a pesar de la reserva anticipada. Ante esto recepción sólo dice espere y ya.
