"We had a great stay! We were so impressed with the kindness and helpfulness of the staff- we struggled to find parking, Luis personally found us and helped us park and carry our bags- he was exceptional! The hotel was clean and beautiful with easy access to the local squares. "

"Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. I in tern never looked at him and left. Would not stay there again. The first woman who registered me was wonderful. Gave me suggestions, made me feel...
