After traveling through Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy while spending over 17 days in various hotels and resort, this property certainly ranked high in our book. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. "We have not been to many hotels around the world where the staff are as good as the place we are visiting. Hinterwies is the exception. The food was incredible, the staff feel like family and we were truly sad to leave. "
