"Staff is great and attentive. The facility is amazing and properly kept up. I think the island vibe of the common and pool areas. The common areas makes it easy to meet new people and hang out. I think how’s there’s a bar and kitchen. The location is good, not too far from the Isla Verde beach (about a 5 minute walk) and local restaurants. Definitely would recommend and stay again. "

"The people who work there are so great and kind. It is a really nice location - although the beach down on the left is much calmer. The hotel itself is sufficient. It's tidy and has some amenities. "I don't know their names, but when we first got there at 6 am the morning of check in, the tall gal at the front desk was terrible, not helpful, unfriendly, etc. The shorter front desk person came in about 11 and was extremely helpful, got us a room right away. Alex was great!"

"Here you get what you pay for. Our room was fine. Pillows not so good. Main problem was our room had large steps from kitchen/entry to bed and to bathroom. Not mobility friendly. I did have trouble navigating. It was close to a lovely Italian restaurant and to a beach. "

"Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but due to how busy the hotel was, we were asked to wait and come back later. We didn’t end up getting into our room until around 6:30–7:00 PM, which was a bit frustrating after traveling.
That said, the hotel itself was clean and the room was decent overall. One issue we ran into was the shower door. It didn’t seal properly, so water would leak out and leave the bathroom floor soaking wet after each use.

"Good location, nice somewhat upscale area, lots of restaurants, theater, art museum near by and overall room was nice for an old “artistic” hotel. But, the hotel is on very busy street, lots of vehicular noise, trucks, gasoline tankers, human voices, etc. Our room was very spacious but faced the street so not ideal for a light sleeper. Stairs are very noisy, voices echo loudly, especially in the middle of the night. A big group of women next door were obnoxiously loud especially from midnight...

"The room we had was well appointed. There is a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The “pool” is a jacuzzi tub. Comfortable water temp, but not a hot tub. We arrived several hours before check-in, and they let us leave our luggage while we explored the area. While they could not accommodate a late check out, they also let us leave our baggage while we did a few things before our flight.
When I booked our room, I knew it was near restaurants, but did not realize that it is in the heart...
