"Wonderful stay in Florence! The room was spotless. It was easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the river from our room was beautiful. The staff was extremely responsive to our request requests. We asked for a third chair because there were three of us. It appeared in our room while we were out on our tour. "Amazing location along the river, sandwiched between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi, and a short walk to many of Florence’s highlights. We were in the new building which was very nice but lacking the charm of the original building. Breakfast was great and the staff were all lovely."

"Amazing location with an amazing view at the top to the access to all tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and the bedding very comfortable. The only improvements I would suggest is breakfast was a bit crowded as you are sharing the dining area with another hotel."

"This was a last minute reservation in Firenze and we lucked out. The location is excellent, within a 3 minute walk of the Ponto Vecchio bridge (in the more interesting side). The room felt as if we were staying in a literal palace, with beautiful original art and delightful staff. Only one minor deficiency was the quality of the WiFi, but I suspect this is a regional issue. Would definitely come back here. "
