Beautiful place. Good breakfast. Best location. Make sure, however, to ask for a room far away from the restaurant if you like sleeping late or going to bed early. You can hear the noise and the music very early from the nearby rooms.

The La Corada Hotel in Villa de Leyva is an excellent option to enjoy this beautiful town. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is calm and cozy. Its location is perfect for exploring the town and relaxing after a day of walking and sightseeing. Very good value for money.

Marvelous hotel, rustic old ambiance, looks brand new, courteous and friendly staff. Located in the middle of everything, parking available for free about 2 blocks away, will definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful place. In front of the main plaza and walking distance to everything. Rooms are beautiful, clean and huge. Cars cannot drive in the front of the hotel therefore you need to walk from another street but walk is not bad. I would stay again.

The property is located in the heart of Villa de Leyva and has a panormaic view ofthe towns beautiful central square. The hotel is run by professional courteous staff who couldnt try hard enough to satisfy everything that we needed. I couldnt recommend this hotel more highly as a place to stay in Villa de Leyva.

The hotel and staff are amazing. The concentring type of building increases an eco from the patio. The hotel is small but the noise from every guest room is loud. You can hear everything. The owners should do something about it because the hotel is cute and the staff goes above on beyond to make your stay pleasant.

The hotel is colonial type beautiful hotel. Very very nice interior areas. Room was very comfortable. Limited electrical outlets. Room are around an interior patio the issue is that you can hear every one talking at any hour. I would suggest the hotel management ask their employees to keep their conversations at low volume. Overall it was a great stay and location is prime right on the major plaza. Would stay here again!!

Their recommendation of Juan Carlos as a taxi service made the trip for us. He took us to Raquira and suggested a wonderful new terracotta park and the fossil museum. The next day he took us to the ancient observatory, Ponzo Azule, and an ostrich farm. The third day he drove us to San Gil. He was very patient waiting for us as we visited all the sites and offered explanations of the area. His rates are very resonable and cheaper and faster than taking the bus for 3 people. Ths was a beautiful place to stay, the rooms were modern and clean. We did have a few issues with check in. There was unexpected extra taxes applicable to our stay as we had a local person staying in one of the rooms we booked. We did query that and got a slightly rude response but eventually we got an answer and understood why. However we didn’t need to pay an extra tax on the second room as I’m a foreign citizen, the second room was more expensive and the person at reception ended up charging us tax on the more expensive room even though tax shouldn’t have been applied, and not on the cheaper room (with the local person) We ended up just paying as the reception person seemed very short with us and we didn’t want to deal with that. When we were shown to our room it was still being cleaned even though we arrived at 4pm (an hour after checkin) so had to wait. Not a major but was our experience. Overall this was a nice place to stay but our experience left a bit of a bad taste in our mouth.
