"We had mixed feelings about our stay at Sercotel Rosellon. Our check-in experience wasn't pleasant, the receptionist we dealt with lacked patience and didn't provide good customer service when I asked about a credit card concern. Fortunately, the other staff members we interacted with afterward were much better. Our room was very small and outdated, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location near The Sagrada Família, with beautiful views from the rooftop and easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a nice variety and it was worth adding while booking. Overall, I'd rate this stay 3 stars. We also appreciated the credit received for the 2 nights we had to sleep without air conditioning."

"Thr hotel is licated in the World Trade Centre complex by Barcelona port about 10 minute walk to the south end of Las Ramblas and the Colombus Column. Good for walking to the Gothic area of the city and the many cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious and a comfy bed with views of tge harbour and sea. Friendly and heloful staff at reception. ps the Red Open Top City Tour Bus stops outside the entrance to the hotel, which was useful."

"The hotel has an ideal location but it is on very busy street with major constriction, sometime a little noise during day, Rooms could be bigger with a table and chairs."

"Staff was amazing! Check in and porters were so helpful. Check in was a breeze. We arrived early and were granted access to the club room while we waited for our room to be ready. Location is close to the airport but a good 20-30 mins from the heart of the city so plan accordingly."
