"Infelizmente optei por não ficar, o recepcionista Sr Pedro Paulo, muito atencioso, educado e prestativo, porém eu. Não consideraria cm pousada e sim uma pensão, os quartos não tem banheiro (o banheiro é comunitário) , isso já me quebrou , a roupa de cama suja ."

"White marble floors in the lobby. Staff eager to please. Quiet room (31) away from the sidewalk. My only criticism is that they need to replace the plastic flowers with live plants, and I suggest that they paint the faded room doors in baby blue. The hand rail going down from the second floor to the first floor (third to second, in the U.S.) needs to be secured. Overall, excellent value for the money, smack dab in the middle of town on top of the mountain."

"Hospedei-me na suite Estoril. As instalações estão bem degradadas , com rachaduras nas paredes e pintura bem amarelada. A janela esta bem encrostada. O banheiro é encardido e minúsculo , com espelho todo descascando e chuveiro elétrico de difícil regulagem. A TV é de 20", bem antiga e com imagem ruim. O sinal do WIFI é bem fraco.A varanda indicada nas fotos fica na garagem e não dentro do quarto, com circulação restrita se tem um carro guardado. A comida é normal , comparada a restaurantes...

I have several dietary restrictions and I was satisfied with all of them, with an incredible menu. Chef Cida attended to me personally and I tried dishes prepared with great refinement, delicious and beautiful. Those were happy days! Super recommendation and my place to return for sure. "Atendimento excepcional. O chalé é de um conforto mediano. Muito frio na madrugada, o aquecimento do ar-condicionado não funcionou. As saídas de água do chuveiro estavam quase todas entupidas, mas falamos na recepção e o problema foi prontamente resolvido pelo Jonatan, que também nos recebeu quando chegamos. Muito simpático. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Nossos pets foram muito bem recebidos. Creio que para o que o Hotel oferece, o valor da diária esteja um pouco elevado. "
