Terribly disappointing hotel. For a 4-star , among the 5 most expensive, the value for money ratio was terrible. In a 2 bedroom suite, the second bed was a fold out, with a ratty mattress. In one-week stay, sheets and towels were changed once, floors cleaned twice. They could not provide me with a water kettle or early coffee (coffee shop opens at nine). Breakfast and lunch buffet were uninspired and certainly not fit for a vegetarian or someone with dietary needs. At “pick” hours, one could stand around and wait for an elevator for 20 minutes. The “convenience” store, outside the building, was open 8 to 13 and 16 to 19 - how convenient! Never again! I’d highly recommend you stay elsewhere....

I loved the view from our room, the location being on the quieter side of the street, the outdoor pools and the variety of food choices available at breakfast. Also, I appreciate that we were able to have breakfast earlier then the assigned time because we needed to check out early. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated, parking was a challenge, the wifi was not very good and I was not impressed on the fact that you needed to pay extra to use the gym facility.

Der var god service og alt personalet var venligt, hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Check-in og check-out forløb meget let og hurtigt og værelset var som det skulle være. Der var ordentlig rengøring på daglig basis og morgenmaden var fornuftig. Værelserne er lidt slidte, men uden at det betyder andet end på det kosmetiske. Der manglede lidt service-/værelsesinformation på engelsk; dette fandtes kun på portugisisk. Vi var godt tilfredse med vores ophold. To voksne og to små børn.

Huge rooms, a little dated but perfect location overlooking the beach. The restaurant is dark, dingy and gloomy and the food is awful - but there are plenty of restaurants in the resort.

Aamiaisbuffet oli melko kattava ja pöytiä siivottiin ripeästi. Kerroksissa käytävällä oli ajoittain tunkkainen haju ja välillä myös viemärin hajua. Allasalue voisi olla viihtyisämpi ja paremmin hoidettu.

De lokatie vlakbij het strand en in centrum is heerlijk. De lobby is mooi opgeknapt. Daar zijn de overige ruimtes en met name de kamers ook aan toe. De stretcher waar ik op moest slapen was vreselijk maar door de matras van de bedbank erop te leggen was het goed te doen. De badkamer was echt oud met scheuren in de voegen maar wel schoon.

Hotel con cosas a mejorar pero muy recomendable.

Enorme hotel a 100 metros del mar. Se puede aparcar en los alrededores sin problema, aunque en verano hay zona azul. Personal agradable. Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias, baño correcto, mobiliario algo antiguo, pantalla plana, y terraza con vistas increíbles que dan al mar. Piscina exterior e interior (ésta sin cargo). El WiFi no llega a la habitación pero hay gratuito en la planta baja. Bufet completo, que en almuerzo y cena incluye las bebidas. Estupenda relación calidad - precio.

Estupenda opción frente a la playa.

Somos asiduos a este establecimiento y no defrauda. Cierto que tiene algunas carencias y que necesita algunas reformas, pero por el precio que tiene, ofrece muchas cosas. Las habitaciones son grandes, limpias, pantalla de lcd, y con vistas increíbles del océano. El personal hala castellano, son simpáticos y atentos. Bufet muy aceptable, y para las comidas tiene las bebidas incluidas (te las sirves tú mismo). Piscina interior fabulosa. Se puede aparcar perfectamente en la misma puerta. Playa a 100 metros y agradable entorno con todo tipo de servicios. Hotel muy recomendable.

Short Break

Stayed here for two nights to bring in the New Year in Montegordo. The location of the hotel is excellent close to beach restaurants etc. It is a nice hotel and staff helpful, rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay with a reasonable choice the cooked breakfast wasn’t as hot as could have been. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spacious room clean and comfortable. We stayed in the junior suite from boxing day till new year and we really enjoyed the room space, cleanliness and quietness. The breakfast was good and varied the service attentive. Overall very good

Foi apenas uma noite, mas a impressão é de que o Hotel é muito antigo e os quartos estão a precisar de se modernizarem e ficaram mais confortáveis. A TV é do século passado e os roupeiro tem um cheiro horrível. O pequeno almoço franquismo, parecia comida de cantina.
