"Great stay and staff overall"

"The location was excellent for me. I just needed a convenient and clean place to sleep as I spent my days at the Paralympic Centre. Excellent price conveniently located next to Paraiso metro which was excellent for me. My only wish is that breakfast could start at 6:00am Instead of 6:30 am. I have to rush to eat each morning so I could be on the metro at 7 am. I will return again"

"Breakfast was a bit meager but acceptable. Other meals were disappointing… get out and go elsewhere."

"O flat é confortável, bem equipado, os funcionários do hotel são educados e atenciosos e a localização é perfeita. No entanto o flat estava com cheiro de mofo e no domingo 09/11/2025 por volta das 09hr da manhã, faltou água e com isso nem conseguimos tomar banho… o que realmente é desanimador, já que nem fui ao menos informado desta ocorrência."

"Café da manhã bom !! Quarto limpo é ótima acomodação"

"Good"

"Excellent well located hotel. Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, easy walk to the centre."

"This was a great choice for first visit to Brazil 🇧🇷 Location was great. Near tourist attractions and train stations for easy commuting around the city. The hotel was very well maintained. Did upgrade my rooms as birthday treat ☺️ The staff were very helpful and responsive to guests needs. You can leave your luggage there to travel around. The amenities in the lounge was very nicely appointed and all the staff I encountered were a credit to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay....

"Hotel is conveniently located across the street from the airport. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good with a variety of fruits, breads , eggs etc. The is a walkway to the airport with a security guard ."
