Spacious appartement in the ground flour. Nicely decorated, close to public transport and a supermarket around the corner. Schönbrunn is just a short walk away. There was restaurationwork going on on the outside of the building, that made it a bit darker and noisier than usually, but all in all not a big problem.

The apartment is large and very nice. There is one bed in the bedroom and one in the living room. Full kitchen with a washer, and a drying rack in the bedroom. The building is older with renovations and scaffolding on the front. The parking garage has very tight spaces but it was nice having a place to park that was safe. Overall quite nice and spacious with great communication. Everyone we met while coming and going were very nice and helpful.

Staying on a construction site

Our stay would have been much nicer without the 7am wakeups by construction workers shouting and banging at the window. The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and we struggled to find the right coffee for the machine in the grocery store. It’s on the ground floor and there was a lot of noise from the hallway. We would have appreciated more communication explaining more about the area, transit (where to buy tickets), the coffee, parking etc. Maybe a warning that it’s currently a construction site. The pros: very comfortable bed, an easy walk to the castle, grocery store was 1 minute walking.

Die Kommunikation und Information über Checkin und Checkout war gut. Ebenfalls auch die Beschreibung für den Parkplatz in der anliegenden Tiefgarage. Nicht so positiv war, dass die Wohnung aufgrund der Bauart mit sehr hohen Decken bei Ankunft sehr kalt war. Wir konnten leider eigenständig aufgrund von fehlenden Thermostat an den Heizungen nicht selbst regeln. Nach kurzer Kommunikation wurde dann die Heizung ferngesteuert und hoch gedreht allerdings gab es dann jede Nacht wieder eine Nachtabschaltung. Somit kühlte der Raum wieder aus. Also nicht so positiv. Der Rest war wirklich okay ebenfalls auch die Lage zum Schloss Schönbrunn.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Facilement accessible avec métro et bus à côté. Supermarché à 2 minutes, et restaurant à 5 minutes. Par contre il n’y a pas de vue car il est au Rdc, nous cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement und sauber. Trotz Schule nebenan ruhig. Die Küche könnte mehr Geschirr und Besteck aufweisen, da laut Beschreibung auf 5 Personen ausgelegt sollte auch für jeden ein Set da sein.

The location is great and we have stayed last Thanksgiving. The bakery is two blocks down and the market is two blocks! All public transportation is a short walk and just over a mile to the palace. The area is safe and the school is just behind. It is quiet and safe. We loved it and hope to come again. The bathroom is huge! It has a claw foot tub and a walk in shower. We had a great time here.

The property was clean and warm as we were there during december. Located in avery quiet area. There is a supermaket 1 block away for our grocery shopping. First day we visited Schonnbrunn Palace that is a walking distance. It was very nice ! Our kids loved it! You walk 2 blocks to take the tram (U60 0r U52) to go to westbahnoff and from there U3 to down town Vienna, or another option is to take U4 that is located 5 blicks away and gi straight to vienna to all the touristic places. In all i will definitely recommand this place.
