La camera che ci è stata fornita è un sottotetto per metà inagibile a causa del tetto spiovente e delle travi di cemento, che creano un forte pericolo di ferita e contusione alla testa. Ovviamente, quando si prenota vengono fatte vedere camere normali. E' necessario che expedia intervenga a tutela anche del proprio nome, poiché di fatto l'albergo Nestroy vende, con immagini di belle camere a quattro stelle, delle soffitte inagibili, pericolose e certamente squalificanti per il sito che le ospita

Wegen des Coronavirus haben wir uns nur vom 13.03. bis zum 16.03.2020 im Hotel aufgehalten. Unternehmungen waren bereits am 14. und noch stärker am 15.03.2020 nicht mehr möglich. Wir waren am 16.03.2020 nur noch die einzigen Gäste, die am Frühstück (individuell angeboten) teilnahmen. Da weder mit dem Kundenservice von Expedia.de noch mit dem von easyJet.com eine Kontaktaufnahme möglich war (stundenlange Warteschleifen) buchten wir am 15.03.2020 mit Hilfe der Rezeption über lastminute.de unseren vorzeitigen Rückflug mit easyJet am 16.03.2020 um 19.15. Dieser erfolge auch ohne Probleme. Die fehlenden Übernachtungstage ließen wir auf den Herbst verschieben.

Das erste gegebene Zimmer hatte eine kaputte Heizung (ca. 15 C) Hätte das zweite Zimmer auch keine richtige Heizung, konnten wir nur gegen Aufpreis ein brauchbares Zimmer bekommen- wurde gesagt.

Det var okej att vara väldigt gammalt. Skeden var smutsig ( det kan hända. det var ingen fara), Vattenkokaren var halvtrasig ( jag höll locket hela tiden medan kokning, det var också ok), de började städa högljutt innan kl.9 (väggen var tunn? det var därför jag hörde alla ljud från korridoren, även på midnatt...det var lite tufft och stressigt) Det som jag undrar om är varför hotellet har 4-stjärnor och varför Expedia har valt det som "VIP-access hotell"?

Hotellet lå godt 5 min. gang fra Nestroyplatz U-Bahn station. Fra den er der nem adgang til både centrum og lufthavn.

Bien situé a 10 minutes du prater et 15 minutes du centre ville a pied.Bouche de métro aussi env 10 minutes. Chambres spacieuse,pas prit de petit déjeuner car un peu cher (19,5 euros).
