The entrance to this Limehome is a little tricky to find at first, but once you know where it is, the location is fantastic! It’s tucked into a charming little square surrounded by amazing food options. The U-Bahn is only about a 1–2 minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna, and Schönbrunn Palace is also very close by. Overall, it was a convenient and lovely location for experiencing the city!

It was clean and everything essential could be found. It is very close to shops, a cafés, Schönbrunn and the U4 making it perfect as a starting point for visiting Vienna

Clean room close to Schönbrunn Palace and metro U4. Complete kitchen setup. Only issue is if you require daily cleaning (garbage removed or clean towels) there is a daily fee. If stay is seven days you get one free request for cleaning but check to confirm policy. Otherwise we had a great stay lovely neighbourhood stores, restaurants, shops and markets also very near.

Great location near U-bahn and Schönbrunn Palace - definitely recommend for exploring Vienna. Room was clean and well presented. Limehome were great with communication through email and provided all information ahead of arrival. Early check in for free was available too.

Even though there was no reception, it was easy to access the building and the room. Great location close to the palace in a very nice neighborhood. It was about 5 mins away from the station. The room was larger I was expecting. Didn't use the kitchen but all the utensils to cook were present. It. We would definitely book it next time we visit Vienna.

Location was excellent for the Schonbrunn Palace and associated attractions in its park (e.g. zoo, concert in the orangery, etc), as well as for transportation to the rest of the city via tram and U-Bahn. Shops, restaurants, bakeries and bars all present as well. Location was the best thing about this property. Accommodation was clean but basic. All managed by the app, which I found slow and a bit clunky but it did work as intended. Access is via a keypad code given via the app. If there was a problem with setting up roaming on my phone, I'd have been screwed. Fortunately I didn't have any problems but if I had, I wonder how easy it would have been to sort out without a staff presence on site. I hadn't fully appreciated this until after I'd booked it. I probably wouldn't do it again for that reason but as I said, I did not have any problems on my trip.

The property was clean and comfortable and offered great value for the price. However, the hosting company is very slow to respond and the there appears to be no communication between the different agents who answer the limehome email and whatsapp accounts. As a result of this, we were given incorrect instructions for picking up a an item we had forgotten in our suite. We notified the company that we were picking up the item 30 minutes before we arrived at the property, as per the instructions they had given us, but no one was there to meet us and we ended up losing two hours of our last day in Vienna because of this. I know we are responsible for forgetting our item in the first place, but it shouldn’t be this complicated to communicate with the company!

I wish every hotel was lien this one. Spotlessly clean, well-located, easy check-in, fast responses via WhatsApp from Limehomes. Above all, the hotel was absolutely quiet. I slept like a baby on the very comfortable bedding. There are bakeries and restaurants right downstairs, and the Palace in a two-minute walk away. The underground station is also nearby. Plus two grocery stores within a one-minute walk! Highly, highly recommended.

Die Hausverwaltung war äußerst unkooperativ; die Zimmernummer änderte sich jedes Mal, wenn der Verantwortliche wechselte, was den Check-in erschwerte. The apartment company's service was extremely poor. Every time a different staff member took over, I was given a different room number and a different PIN. Even though I booked the room through Expedia on the day of arrival I was told that the reservation was no longer valid and I had to check out. A cleaning staff member also came but said they couldn't clean because they didn't have permission from their supervisor. Different staff members work at different times, and there's no proper handover, so I receive different messages via WhatsApp every time. This company is not trustworthy.

I couldn't open my locker, and despite contacting the apartment office at 8 PM, the back-and-forth continued until 3 AM, with them still claiming they didn't know the access code. Even after 11:50 AM the next day, check-out time, I still hadn't heard from the staff, and I couldn't retrieve my suitcase and other belongings. The same locker access code was sent to multiple guests, meaning I could use the code sent to me to open other people's lockers, but conversely, I couldn't retrieve my own. Despite this problem continuing for three days, I received no apology or contact from the staff regarding how to resolve the issue. The response was extremely unhelpful and appalling.
