Charming hotel in Vienna

Hotel Park Villa is quite charming and the staff is friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, well decorated and clean. I would certainly stay here again!

Trevligt hotell utanför innerstaden

Hotel Park Villa ligger lite bortom innerstaden i ett lugnt och trevligt område med större villor, trädgårdar och parker. Om man reser med bil så kan man parkera på gatan utanför mot en mindre avgift till staden. Park Villa är ett mindre hotel med få rum. Det rum vi bodde på var rymligt, med stort badrum, wi-fi och AC. Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma på alla sätt. Frukosten var lagad och serverad med omsorg och det finns möjlighet att sitta ute och äta frukost i trädgården. Lokalbuss till innerstaden går regelbundet utanför hotellet för en mindre summa. Att gå in till city tar ca 40 min i lugnt tempo. Fem minuter från hotellet finns det ett flertal trevliga restauranger och cafeer.

My girl friend and I were very pleased to discover Hotel Park Villa. It has a beautiful garden, it is quiet, away from all the tourists. It's a bit far from downtown, if you are planning to walk, but Bus 40A across from the Hotel will bring you to Hotel Hilton downtown in 15 minutes, then you take tram 1, 2 or D to go to the main center. There are not a lot of restaurants in the area, except for Fischerbrau a typical Austrian restaurant, and Meierei Diglas in Türkenschanzpark. Plan ahead because you will have to back downtown to eat. The staff at Park Villa is very helpful, they speak German, French, English and more, and they take time to explain the main activities in Vienna. I would definitely go back to this quaint place.

Wenig kulantes Hotel. Im ersten Zimmer Schimmel an der Decke, im zweiten ging die Badheizung nicht. Als wir aufgrund unseres kranken Kind einen Tag früher abreisen wollten wurde uns das nur gegen volle Bezahlung der Übernachtung gestattet. Leider kann ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Séjour parfait!

Séjour très agréable dans un petit hôtel très confortable. Le personnel est sympathique et à l’écoute. La chambre pour 4 était spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très varié avec un service à table pour les boissons, tout est frais et délicieux. Bien qu’un peu excentré (30 min du centre) l’hôtel est très accessible en bus (40A à côté de l’hôtel) tramway ou métro (en marchant un peu). Le quartier des ambassades est très calme. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel pour un prochain séjour.

Sehr schönes- wie auch die Fotos zeigen- Hotel in einem Wien-typischen klassizistichen Baustil einem Bezirk mit wunderschönen Villen und altem Baumbestand Nähe/richtung Grinzing . Die vier Sterne sind echt. Komfort, Sauberkeit und Sevice, wobei wir- mit Mietwagen vom Flughafen- es sehr schätzten schon vorab per mail auf die Parksituation am Hotel hingewiesen zu werden. Real dann unproblematisch, allerdings in der Stadt Obacht: 72 Euro Strafe fürs Parken in Anrainerzone- und davon gibt es viele- nervt schon. Hotel unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen, schöner Garten, gemütlicher Frühstücksraum, Frühstück selbst preislich angemessen.

Kleines charmantes Hotel

3-Tage-Trip nach Wien Mit dem Auto sollte man nicht in die Stadt fahren. Dafür ist der öffentlich Nahverkehr sehr gut. Fahrkarten am besten vor der Reise buchen und selbst ausdrucken.

das Zimmer war eine Zumutung

das Zimmer, dass meine Frau und ich bekamen, war eine Zumutung und entsprach nicht dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Es lag im Erdgeschoß neben dem Frühstücksraum, sowie direkt neben der Bar. In der früh um 07.00 hörten wir in unserem Zimmer die Leute reden, so dass wir dadurch aufwachten. Um 23.00 ging ich an die Rezeption weil der Lärm so stark war (Leute saßen an der Bar) dadurch konnten wir nicht einschlafen. Dieses Zimmer im Erdgeschoß das einzige übrigens schlicht und einfach eine Zumutung. Weitere Beschwerde: Gestern am 15.05.18 ca. 09.00 gab es keine Butter mehr zum Frühstück, der Kaffee war teilweiße lauwarm nicht heiß. Für diese Hotel Park - Villa 4 Sterne (nicht nachvollziehbar) darf sowas einfach nicht passieren. wir waren vom 13.05 - 16.05.18 in diesem Hotel und haben für diese 3 Tage mit Tiefgaragenplatz und unserem Hund der leise war nicht einmal bellte 534 € bezahlt für dieses sehr laut gelegene Zimmer ohne Balkon einfach Zuviel. Ohne Garage und Hund 427 €. Ich werde dieses Hotel sicher nicht weiter empfehlen. Meine Frau und ich waren wirklich sehr enttäuscht. mit freundlichen Grüßen Michael Lindner

Calm and traditional family hotel. Lovely staff, and breakfast in the garden was very pleasant. Our room was a little small, but was very good value for a capital city. Great for a long weekend. A pleasant walk through the park from Nussdorferstrasse station, so easy access to the sights of Vienna. There are some good-value, traditional restaurants nearby. We'd happily return.

Decent local hotel. NO Air conditioning.

NO air conditioning. Warm spring days had to leave windows open which had no screens. Bugs came in room. No iron board in room had to go to basement to iron. Staff not available 24 hours. I had lost key, had to wait until staff arrived in morning to get new key. NO written policy provided on loss of key--ended up having to pay 180 euros which is about 230 us dollars before they would allow me back in my room--was no disputing fee and no written policy. Would not recommend because they excessively charged for lost room key and otherwise no staff available to handle situation after midnight. Will be disputing charge on credit card but had no choice but to pay at time so I could get my stuff out of room.

Lovely stay at Hotel Park Villa

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Park Villa. It was very close to my friends flat in Vienna which made it convenient. But it was also clean and comfortable with a very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast.

Gem of a Hotel

Beautiful stylish Viennese Suburbian Hotel. Graceful - reminiscent of the early 1900s. In the suburbs, but within a few minutes walk of local transport into the centre. Free roadside parking. Very clean, beautiful luxurious rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Amazing find - thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
