Location was 10/10.The breakfast was a OK. Rooms carpet had stains that are possibly from bleach or cleaning products. Looked very disgusting. No water in the fridge, nothing but 2 glasses there in fact. It was ok for the 1 night i needed.

Great value! Really well located and easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel. The bed was comfy and the AC worked really well to keep the room cool. My only complaint would be that the carpet in my room was pretty gross and stained all over.

This was a great hotel option for those looking to save money. The room was simple, but clean. The bathroom had a full tub and the beds were comfortable. The add-on breakfast was very good and a cheaper option than most area cafes. It was nice to start the day with a large meal that lasted us until dinner time. The hotel is located two blocks away from the Mariahil Strasse shopping street, so there are tons of restaurants to chose from for dinner. It's also just two blocks to the nearest subway stop and then just two stops from the center of town. Super convenient for sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel to budget conscious tourists.

The rooms are modern and very clean. However, service was almost non-existent. Staff constantly sitting in the courtyard smoking rather than assisting guests. Coffee station in the foyer out of order and judging from the sign, it has been non functional for a long time.

This place was average in all respects. Clean enough, but stains on the carpet and scuffed up walls, places where a picture had obviously fallen Etc. Nothing to turn me away but was obviously steadily declining from neglect over time and lack of upkeep. The room was ok, bathroom was cramped but the room itself was larger than you’d expect from an eu hotel. There was only one English channel on the tv - sky news, but you’re not coming to Vienna to watch tv. I paid for breakfast included and when checking in they said as much, but the next morning I was not on the list and had to pay for a dismal breakfast. Save yourself and don’t pay for breakfast here, plenty of cafes within a few blocks that have much better food. I disputed this charge when checking out and the clerk was very uncooperative. Left a very bad impression as I checked out, this review would probably have been a lot better if they’d waived the charges. Location is ok, there are restaurants and cafes around, and a main shopping street a couple blocks up you can follow to the main tourist area, about a 25 minute walk. Overall this is a passable hotel at an ok price, but I’d expected a bit better.

Our superior bedroom had hugh bed and very comfortable to sleep on. Quiet location and local supermarket "Billa" is within 5 minutes walk. Walking distance to underground. But the room carpet is disgusting with lots of stain and greasy around dressing table. Luckily I bought a pair fitflop to walk around. The shower head is broken, riser can't adjust the height. The most disappointed is breakfast bar. We had Sunday leftover fresh fruit because pineapple and apple turned brown. Cucumber was dry. Not enough mini bread or crossiants but the waitress was friendly and helpful. She told the kitchen staff and cooked more at 9:30am. All the cakes were dry on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday served the same food but more quantity because they had a large group came in. Definite not worth £16 breakfast. We felt they are on tight budget and not many option to choose. Only served 1 choice of slice bread. Not fresh juice, they are cheap squash. All cakes are not honemade. No English tea in restaurant, no decaffeinated coffee or non dairy milk option. No kettle in the bedroom.
