Expedia booked two nights when I only required one night and I had to pay for the night I was not there. Hilton would not honour my points because I booked through a third party. I could not use my upgrade

Die Lage, Unterkunft selbst, unsere Suite und der Service waren ausgezeichnet. Leider zwei - drei kleine Mängel in der Suite (Fliesenfugen, Löwenzahn zwischen den Balkonplatten,..) sind Kleinigkeiten. Jedoch der voll und sehr laute Frühstücksraum - ein abgesperrter jedoch eingedeckter Bereich daneben war dunkel und wurde nicht abgeräumt. Jedoch wenn ich die beste Suite im Haus buche und ein Frühstück buche, möchte ich doch auch Platz zum Frühstücken. Leider war das Buffet sehr verschmutzt. Viele Speisen waren bereits neben den Warmhaltebehältern und am Vorlegebesteck. Das Personal war bemüht, kam aber nicht hinterher. Ich wäre gerne bereit 5 Euro mehr zu bezahlen wenn Sie dadurch die Personalknappheit in Griff bekommen. Nichts desto trotz - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Personal sehr freundlich; Zimmer schön eingerichtet; Snacks und Getränke viel zu teuer - frag man sich was das immer soll; Getränke an der Bar völlig überteuert; Hotel liegt nahe der Straße und Gleisen und ist auch mit geschlossenen Fenstern ziemlich laut - habe schon direkt an Flughäfen übernachtet wo es im Hotelzimmer komplett leise war

Situated within walking distance of public transport, so easy to get to town centre. 10 mins walk to Schönbrunn Palace. They let me check in at 1pm instead of 3pm, which was much appreciated. There were 2 free bottles of water in the mini fridge, thanks for that. The bed is extremely comfy, however the pillows are way to soft for my liking, but it’s just my preference. All in all, excellent value for money

房間舒適，地點佳。打掃的也很乾淨，櫃檯人員也很棒，但是更換杯子的人員都不會主動收走髒杯子換上乾淨的杯子，甚至收走杯子沒有放新的杯子。

Terrible experience in general. Very rude staff, showing massive lack of commitment to deliver even an average acceptable experience. No room service availability excused by a variety of reasons even though it is offered daily. The room housekeeping was terrible - definitely not the cleanest room and property in general.

What we liked was the walking distance to Schonbrunn Palace and the Zoo, the transit and metro were accessible the hotel itself was good, reception was welcoming. We thank Naomi at the reception desk who went beyond her way to guide us where to take the metro and the many points of interest to go to. Coffee and Tea were supplied every morning which we appreciated so much. What I didn't like was that the room given to us was beside the main traffic road, and we could hear the vehicles and sirens every night. I always look forward to a noiseless room, but disappointed with this.

Sie würden gerne können aber nicht. Personal weiß nicht wie es funktioniert mit der sauna . rinnsal nicht eingeschalten , keine bademäntel im zimmer , auf nachfrage kam die antwort das alles im sauna bereich liegt. dort waren aber nur handtücher. die anderen gäste haben dann gesagt es gibt es bei der rezeption??? sauna kübel war kaputt :( frühstück war eine katastrophe, kein lachs , keine info ob es ein omelett gibt, muss man alles selber rausfinden … schade . lage wäre gut aber personal ist schlecht und nicht organisiert… 4 sterne nicht würdig

We booked the suite and our room was spacious with a wonderful view of the palace. The living room and bathroom area could be closed off from the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in the area again.

Within walking distance to Schonbrunn palace, and restaurants. Breakfast onsite 22 euro a person which offers numerous selections. Parking is not included in room rates, paid extra for this and then had issues with using car leaving parking at the end of our visit.
