Auf der Toilette hat die Lüftung nicht funktioniert. Sie war defekt und der Geruch kam ins Zimmer rein, was nicht sehr angenehm war. Der Boden stinkt, das Teppich war nicht sauber.

The hotel is located very near the Vienna Main Station. Pretty much convenient to find everything you need. The property was clean and comfy.

We had a wonderful stay! It was very conveniently located: walkable distance from the main train station and very close to trams that take you to the center city in about 15 mins. The front desk people all knew English and helped make our experience in Vienna easy. The area was very clean and safe!

We were looking for an affordable place to stay that was near public transport in Vienna, and this hotel with its location somewhat near the Wien HBF was a good answer. It was really easy to traverse between the cities main transport hub and the hotel, and once we got there, there was not much fuss needed to check in and get to our rooms. Aside from the lack of an electric kettle, the rest of the room was small, cosy, and definitely sufficient for our short stay. The buffet was also simple, but not too sparse, with an excellent array of tinned livers to go with the cold cuts, cheese and bread.

Staff was friendly, place was located in a quiet area, room was clean... but I could hear the neighbours through the wall, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, and the drain in the bathroom sink was blocked.

Good Stay and convenient parking - but beware
We had a one night stay here before flying home. We had a bigger room than expected (not large by any means, but bigger than a previous B&B Hotel 3-bed room). The room was clean and comfy located in a quieter area. Our only problem was with the parking garage. We parked where recommended and gave the hotel the parking ticket to get the discount code; however, when paying at the garage the next morning, we were charged the full 25 Euro (not 13 Euro as it should have been). We had to get to the airport so we left and I figured I'd contact the hotel to remedy this. Unfortunately, they were not able to do anything about it. So, just beware that the parking discount code may not work and have time to deal with it when paying (I guess there's a "customer service" button you can press - though if you don't speak German, I'm not sure you'll be able to figure out what button that is!).

3인룸 4박. 침대크기가 작았으나 오히려 신기할정도로 편안한 숙면을 취함. 중앙역 근처로 교통매우편리.벨베데레 도보가능. 주거지역이어서 조용. 근처에 billa, hopper 수퍼 있고 중앙역의 interspar에서 쇼핑해도 됨. 냉장고가 없으므로 여름에는 불편할듯. 샴푸와 비누는 있지만 개인 세면도구는 준비해야함. 수건은 넉넉하게 있고 매일 교체하고 청소해줌. 전기포트가 없어서 뜨거운 물이나 커피 마시기 불편했다는 점만 빼면 모든게 만족스러움. 레이트 체크아웃도 요청하면 오후 1시까지는 무료로 연장해줌. 한국인 후기가 별로 없어서 좀 걱정이었는데, 심플한 컨디션에 적절한 숙박비로, 평점이 비교적 높은 이유가 숙박해보니 납득이 됨. 물가 비싼 곳에서 Ab&B는 싫고, 비용아끼면서 깨끗하고 교통좋은 곳에 숙박하려 한다면 딱 좋은 곳. 4박의 기간 동안 한국인은 우리 뿐이었다. 여름에는 냉장고 없으므로(에어컨은 있음) 어렵겠지만, 다시 묵을 의사 충분히 있음.

We enjoyed our stay at the B & B Hotel Wien-Hbf very much. It was a clean and comfortable room in a newer part of Vienna less than a half a mile from the main train station.

I went there with my parents and we lived in a 3-person room. The room is very clean and the necessary and basic equipment. As the room was ready when we arrived in the morning, we were allowed to check in early. The location is also excellent as there is a peaceful neibourhood and it is near the central station and also two supermarkets.
