Like: The property is specious and has a balcony Needs improvement: Cleanliness, Shower door is ineffective, Spills water while taking shower, inadequate toiletries and bathmats, no privacy in the main bathroom, no microwave, noisy hot water system at night, no free house keeping for 15 days, no attention to detail for the amenities required for the guests throughout the duration of stay, you need to call for everything (e.g. iron, toilet pater etc).

正直満足は出来ない滞在
ヘアドライヤーが部屋に欠けていたため困った。 19時頃に気づいて電話したが、持ってきたのは翌日だった。 駅からそれなりに歩くので子供連れには、あまり向かない。メッセに近いので出張目的ならありかも。 大人2人で予約しているのに、1人分の追加料金を請求され、これも電話で説明が必要だった。 ドイツ語か英語が出来ない人には辛いと思う。 コスパ的に、次はもう泊まらない。

Clean, bright, and spacious!
This apartment was huge, very clean, and great for a long stay on Vienna! Everything was sparkling clean when I arrived. It was also very easy to get the key from the box and enter the property. Looking forward to staying again!

The apartment is located in a quiet street and close to metro and buses. Sarah has excellent Customer service and throughout our stay continually checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend it.

9+ Star Review for a Reason!
This place was awesome! It was really spacious (2 floors, 2 bedrooms plus a study, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a deck that wrapped around two sides). There was a lot of light and great views!. The nice tea and Nespresso were an appreciated touch. It was about a five minute walk to a subway line and in a quieter area. The place was also very clean and seemed like it was newly renovated. I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is located near the U1 , and U2 metro lines. Both are within walking distance. There are a few restaurants nearby. The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor). There is an elevator in the building . The apartment is modern and clean. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine. There is a washer and a drying rack , ironing board, and a safe.

IT’S NOT 5 STAR. It’s barely 3 star apartment. The building and entrance are terrible and old. The apartment is not like the photos shown in Expedia, the bedrooms are very small.

Lovely property, very comfortable, family friendly. Very convenient to Messe Wien congress centre, Messe Prater train station and multiple supermarkets (no more than 5 minute walk to any of these). Off-site staff, very helpful for enquiries by phone.

The property is in an well used building with other regular residents. The apartment is spacious and clean and everything (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) work well. There are nice views of Vienna residential area from the rooftop location.

私たちは快適な生活が送れました。
滞在の2日前までに入室のキーコードの連絡がありました。また、夜間に到着するので空港からの送迎もお願いしました。空港から18分で到着し、送迎の運転手さんがドアの開け方を手伝ってくれました。しかし、キーボックスからキーがドロップせず、少しトラブルになりましたが、運転手さんが施設に連絡をしてくれてその後は難なく入れました。アパートは5階でエレベータがあり、5日間の滞在でとても満足しました。部屋も広く、快適でした。地下鉄の駅やプラーター公園、大観覧車も徒歩圏内で環境も良かったです。スパーや商店が徒歩5分～10分圏内にあり、夕食はほとんどアパートで自炊しました。3歳の子連れで利用しましたが3部屋ありバスルームも２つで家族間（祖父）のプライベートも守れました。ティッシュは無いのでよく使う方は持参したほうが良いと思います。滞在は最上階でテラスもあり、2月初旬で寒さもありましたが景色もよく、全般的に快適に過ごせました。フロントのメールでの応対も良く、すぐに返事がきます。今後機会があればまた利用したいです。

High quality comfortable apartments
Very happy with quality of the apartment, even nicer than expected, was very roomy, great amenities and facilities. Area was quiet and residential but very near to transport links and some supermarkets etc. Would definitely book again. Impressive terrace that would be perfect in summer.

長期滞在にはまずまず
1週間滞在しました。初めてだと場所がわかりにくいのと鍵の出し方など最初のチェックインが難しい。部屋の鍵が開けにくい。何回も右左と回転させてやっと開く。部屋の鍵は変えるべきですね。シャワーヘッドが大きすぎて使いにくい。小さい普通のヘッドにしたほうが楽に使えると思われる。コーヒーメーカーが水漏れで途中で使えなくなったのが残念。洗濯機があるのがありがたい。ロケーションは地下鉄の駅まで、5分程度でまずまずの立地。細かい点は、色々問題があるが、長期滞在には快適です。

Very nice customer service to accommodate our need
Very nice stay in the apartment, which is spacious and as beautiful as the photos shown in the booking site. The staff tried to accommodate all our needs, such as to leave our luggage in the apartment earlier and after the check in and check out time. They also have a hotline function which helps to communicate with the staff even if you don’t have local mobile number. The neighborhood is quiet though it’s a bit far from the city centre. But you can access to metro not far from the apartment.

Sua casa longe de casa.
O apartamento é moderno, lindo, tem ar condicionado e aquecedor para todo lado, assim, em qualquer estação que for terá um ambiente aconchegante. Fui no verão e o apartamento era um oásis. A estação de metrô fica a 450 metros e minimercado a 250.A comunicação por e-mail e WhatsApp é muito eficiente com pronta e cordial resposta. O checkin foi fácil, pegamos a chave com o código enviado com antecedência, preenchi o formulário e no checkout o mesmo. Tinha o kit hóspede para da um, com amenidades de banho, creme de corpo, lixa de unha, linha, etc. Toalhas em quantidade adequada, roupa de cama ótima, cozinha totalmente equipada com máquina de café expresso e cápsulas, chás diversos. Enfim, senti um grande cuidado.

Home away from home!
The stay was very nice. Staff was very easy to talk to and responded quickly to emails. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were very useful. We stayed in the Grand apartment which was on the top floor. The view from the bedroom and kitchen windows were great! Check in and check out were easy once you figured out the process! Only a few negatives were found, but they're more a note to future guests than complaints. So don't take them too harshly. For apartment #45 on the 6th floor: 1.) The stand up shower can leak from the door, so make sure to put a towel down in front of the shower door. 2.) Some of the shades for the windows in the kitchen and bedroom don't open or close all the way (on the outside). 3.) When using the back room bathroom (with the shower) other apartments can possibly see you using the toilet because of the placement of the door to the terrace. Easily fixed by lowering the shades on the door (you do this with the remotes found in the apartment!). 4.) Be careful when using the washer, during the spin cycle it can sound like a jackhammer. Pretty sure my girlfriend got scared the first time, haha. Just a few small details we noticed, but it was a wonderful stay and we truly felt at home while enjoying Vienna. Prater is very close and there is a bunch of great little restaurants close by, including a fantastic ramen bar (and yes, it's real ramen!). Thanks again to the Abieshomes team! Vielen Dank!

Confortable, mais manque de transparence
Après avoir réservé et payé en ligne j'ai reçu un mail de la compagnie pour me dire qu'il fallait payer des frais de ménages en + à l'arrivée . . . ce n'est pas normal ça doit apparaitre à la réservation ! La compagnie m'a proposé un early check-in à 20€ de l'heure ... hors de prix j'ai du laisser ma valise à l'aéroport pour profiter un peu de la ville en attendant 15h . . . Ceci dit l'appartement est confortable, les stores de Velux font bien le noir, l'appartement est en bon état, il y avait des dosettes de café à ma disposition... Le coffre (safe) est trop petit pour un ordinateur, même un gros appareil reflex a du mal à rentrer.. La clim peut s'avérer utile sous les toits et elle fonctionne bien, il y a un ascenseur utilisable avec un badge. Pas grand chose à voir ou à faire dans le quartier, mais le métro n'est pas très loin et on peut même aller à pied jusqu'à la fête foraine permanente (grande roue de Vienne).

Excellent base in Vienna.
Why stay in a hotel? A lovely apartment in an old building District 1020, a multicultural neighbourhood. Close to everything yet nice and peaceful. Metro nearby. Supermarkets nearby. Danube close by, so can have a stroll and catch a cruise. Everything clean and in good working order. Has a small uncovered balcony, so a problem if raining. Would definitely stay again.

Will not go there again
The apartment is in a old building. Not easy to locate. The self check in was not easy. The instructions from the email is not clear enough. Have to use a chip to activate the lift. But no insturction of how or where to place the chip.... I received an email state that I had to pay Eur 29 as the cleansing fee, IN WHICH IT WAS NOT STATED IN HOTEL.COM.

Apartment was good, but the staffs were worst.
The apartment was nice but the staffs were the worst. They just say something without any intention of keeping or without knowing the situation. Be sure to get the check in information. If you have any question or concern, triple check is absolutely necessary. Double check didn't work! I have never experienced such irresponsible and negligent staffs.

It was wonderful! You can get it without thinking twice. the beds are comfortably, the apartment has a good decoration and we felt like we were at home.

Luxuriöses Apartment mit super Lage!
Ich kann dieses Apartment nur empfehlen. Es ist rießen groß mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem wunderschönem Badezimmer, alles sehr luxuriös aber schlicht gehalten. Der Zustand war einwandfrei, kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren auch zu finden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, WLAN war kostenlos und in die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten.
