"I had a very disappointing hotel stay and would not recommend this property based on my experience. Upon arrival, the entire building appeared to be under construction, which was not properly communicated in advance. The condition of the property made the stay uncomfortable from the start. The room smelled strongly of smoke, which was unacceptable, especially for a hotel room that should have been clean, fresh, and ready for guests. The pool was inoperable, which was another major issue. This should have been disclosed before booking or at minimum before check-in. Guests should not arrive expecting advertised amenities only to find they are unavailable. The room itself was not properly prepared. There was no linen in the bathroom, and guests were expected to pick towels from a bin in the front lobby. That is not an acceptable standard for a hotel. It felt disorganized and unsanitary. Several basic items in the room also did not work. The television did not work, the phone did not work, and the electronics in the room were unplugged. The room key also did not work properly, which created an additional inconvenience. The elevator was filthy and reflected the overall poor condition of the property. Overall, this stay was far below reasonable hotel standards. Between the smoke smell, construction, unavailable amenities, lack of bathroom linen, nonworking room features, key issues, and dirty common areas, the property was not guest-ready. I would not stay here again."

"There’s ants everywhere. The room seems updated but the doors are not they are all beat up with marks. The toilet paper was not changed to a new roll they left the prior roll in. Again there’s ants everywhere. Multiple in the bed, on the floor, in the bathroom, on the towels. There’s a desk to work on with no chair to sit on."

"Hotel, staff and location were perfect (came for a Phillies game so Lyfts to/from Citizen Bank Park and the Rocky Stairs were easy, fast and cheap enough. We arrived really early (just after 12pm), and the front desk allowed us to check in early with no extra charges which was great. My only issue, was parking and breakfast were extra charges at $25 each (per person for breakfast), which is a bit of a put off after paying a couple hundred dollars for 1 night’s stay. Especially being an airport hotel, you would hope for free buffet or at least a continental breakfast but it is what it is and we knew about the extra for parking when we booked."

"During our stay at this hotel, cash was stolen from our room while we were at breakfast. We always make sure to close and secure the door, so this was extremely alarming. When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. They also implied that “not enough time had passed” for a theft to occur — an assumption that did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation. We asked for the key‑log records for our room, but instead of showing them to us, staff simply stated that only guest passes were used. Without transparency, it was impossible to feel reassured or confident in their explanation. Police report was filed. Overall, the lack of accountability and the way the situation was handled left us very disappointed. Security and honesty should be a priority for any hotel, and unfortunately, that was not our experience here."

"Check/out pleasant, polite and professional. Rush in shower tubs Dirt on sheets/towels Rank smell of cat piss throughout all carpet from rooms like 120-150. Didn’t check other floors. The door to the room doesn’t automatically close all the way. An aggressive push is needed. Carpet smell and stains inside the room Yuck I brought my own disposable sheets and towel and shower mat … just in case… Glad I did."
