When we came in at around 8:10pm on April 21st, there was nobody at the information desk so we have to call out many times to see if somebody will receive us but still nobody came. I had to call the hotel's landline number before someone came out to help us with our check in. It would be very helpful if there was a bell to get the attention of the desk/lobby person when they have to be away for any reason and a note that would say, "the desk person is away for a few moment, kindly wait." or something like that but there was none. We were even thinking that we couldn't check in that night anymore because there was no response for a while.
On another hand, the parking spaces are quite tight. The SUV's can barely fit even on regular parking slots, how much more when they have no choice but to use the "small car slots" because there was no choice.
Anyway, we liked the ambiance of the hotel and we rested well after our long journey and the beds are very comfortable. It's like we are sleeping on our own bed.
All in all, we were happy to stay in your hotel. Thank you for having us.
