"Nice rooms but they could be maintained better. Rust, chipped paint…ext."

"The price and the clean room."

"The barn door in room 606 needed repair. The shower grate was off the floor and the shower door was off the track. Housekeeping had our door blocked off when we first arrived at 4:30pm saying the room was clean but that they weren't quite finished. Otherwise, it was a nice comfortable stay for the most part. Front desk staff were cordial but not welcoming (one staffer was welcoming but ours was not, very staid). The free beverage dispenser was a nice touch and the lobby and restaurant areas...

"Pleasant staff"

"Clean room. Well maintained property. A little older, but nice overall. Great option for families."

"Tried to save money by getting a cheaper hotel, only lasted 3 hours before packing back up and going elsewhere. Very sketchy and dirty."

"Second stay and it really is a vibe! Owners are friendly"

"Jim, the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind and competent. We had some issues with our reservations because of some problems with Expedia and he fixed it right away. Great guy."
