Péssima experiência em hospedagem

Pior hospedagem que já fiz em Viçosa. Apesar de bem localizado, hotel peca no atendimento ao cliente, limpeza e manutenção dos departamentos. Comprei como cama queen e no quarto tinha uma casa de casal padrão. Banheiro fedia a mofo, frigobar não estava funcionando. A água q foi reposta no minibar veio com tufo de poeira na tampa. Nos corredores, bem sujos, parecem q não limpam. Deixaram um copo plástico no elevador no sábado e hj pela manhã quando fiz checkout, o mesmo permanecia no chão. A água da piscina também estava turva. Parecia que não era tratada a uma semana. Mas o que me incomodou foi a cobrança de taxas. Falei q iria pra outro hotel, cobraram assim msm. A recepcionista da chegada falou que seriam 60 reais o total e no checkout cobraram 120 e com cara de deboche. Enfim, primeira e última vez que fico neste hotel. Viçosa tem outros que atendem bem melhor!

Razoável, tive dificuldade na minha chegada a recepção as11h o atendente disse-me Sr o Chek-in e as 14h eu disse ok vou almoçar e volto mais tarde,(penso que o atendente deveria falar, Sr é possível que libero mais cedo in) no café da manhã eu pedi por favor um ovo frito, recebi a negativa sobre o pretexto de ela estar só sinhá no momento, assim não poderia me atender com um ovo frito, acho que é muito trabalhoso fazer um ovo
