Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. "Es un buen sitio para desconectar, la comida genial, el personal que me atendió son unos crack, haciendo mención a Paula de recepción y a Carlos (Camarero). El problema de este hotel es que tenían la calefacción a tope y no la podian apagar, vino 2 veces el chico de mantenimiento y no me lo pudo solucionar. No se podía estar en la habitación delo calor, sudabas y te mareabas. Por la noche tuve que abrir las ventanas, pero claro afuera hacian 4 grados, en cuanto soplaba una brisa te morias de...

"Lovely view of the swimming pool and lake. Very quiet. A nice place to relax after busy Barcelona. Good breakfast. The half board dinner menu seemed traditional Spanish, so a bit difficult to work out for the non-adventurous eater. We managed to choose items more to our taste on the second night, but would have struggled if we had stayed three nights (the menu was the same every night).
