"Experienced three different reception staff between check-in and check-out and ALL 3 were the friendliest we've ever dealt with! Slightly disappointed the TV does not swivel and the rainfall shower head is kind of annoying but not the end of the world."
"The hotel was beautiful, bright, and clean. The front desk service was 10/10. Ate at a couple of different places in the food court and it was ELITE. Both places we ate had consistently good food. And the complementary shuttle to the arena was a very pleasant surprise. I will absolutely be coming back duirng my next visit to Detroit! "

By far, the best place I stayed on my tour through Michigan."
"There is a missing outlet cover, one out is upside down, one is nearly coming out of the wall. The tub is chipped and poorly patched. The comforter is frayed. The wall trims are just PVC j channels. All of these things are overall fine, no big deal. These little details detracted from the overall feel of the room. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming though."
