Front desk didn’t greet us or ask how our stay was, etc. - something you expect when staying at any hotel. They had a room service option and when I called that number in the morning the gentlemen on the other line sounded like it was his first day on the job. No greeting again, just a “hello?” and asking for room service took about 10 minutes as it seemed...
