"Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:15 with check in time advertised at 3pm. It took her 20 minutes to make a bed and vacuum while we waited in the hallway."

"Parking was OK. Language barrier with staff was annoying. I didn’t eat the carb breakfast. Would not stay there again."

"The front desk lady was very pleasant, patient, and kind!! She was very attentive and nice to each customer as I was checking in in a line of people. "The staff was amazingly nice and helpful!!!! Would have given 10 stars for service if I could."

"Rooms are nice! Staff is super!"

They tried to tell us they wont refund until it was confirmed a pest company!!!! Upon showing our videos and pictures they just got more...

"Beds are upgraded and super comfy. Not typical for this chain. Staff friendly. Good value. Lobby needs an upgrade."

"No the cleanest or well kept"

"I have left a negative survey and I have left three voicemail messages for the manager, Manny. I experienced deplorable conditions, unsafe and hazardous public spaces, and exposure to fecal matter. I would like someone to contact me and I’d like a refund for my hotel stay. I have photos of some of the issues. We were left stranded in the pool area with no towels for an hour. I reported feces all over the bathroom floor on the pool area and was told by Candis that she was the only person staffed...
