"We stayed in two different rooms at The Thunderbird Lodge. The first was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and strong. The second was not quite clean, and the lock on the door didn’t work, so we piled our luggage in front of the door before going to sleep. The restaurant breakfast was delicious, especially the cinnamon bun, which we got to go as it was their specialty so we had to try - it did not disappoint! For dinner, try to get there before sunset and check out the views outside before dinner. The desserts, different every night, are really worth it. The hotel is located overlooking the Grand Canyon, with easy walks all around. Highly recommend this hotel. "
