"Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !"

"The staff was very helpful and reached out prior to our arrival through text message, asking if shuttle would be needed. Shuttle service showed up on time at the airport. If you need a shuttle back to the airport, make sure you book it early as it dies fill up and , like us, we had to take the shuttle earlier than desired. Rooms are small. The showers are very small but this seems to be standard in older Italian hotels. Rooms very very clean , make sure you didn't get a room facing the road and...

"I didn't explore the area much. But the location is near the train station. I recommend to arrive there before dark or it will be hard to find the way. The room is nice and clean. I think the restaurant there is a famous place for the locals as well because on the Sunday night it was full booked. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport took 10 mins. "

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is very pet friendly. There is also a nice garden and lots of outdoor space, which made it perfect for walking...

"Come here if you'd like to find out what great Italian home cooking tastes like. We had two diners here, and regret we didn't have more. The minestrone soup, lasagna and aubergine Parm are so fresh and refreshing, even though I'm used to the great Italian restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's nice to have a comforting dinner overlooking the lake, after a day of sight seeing, and finishing with home made apple cake and ice cream or rum with chocolate."
