Wonderful people and service, clean, quiet and near to good restaurants and beach and by following the habor boardwalk 15 min. you are in the city center near the cathedral...i had a great time and would come back anytime in this hotel.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful (they assisted me with getting a taxi to the airport when I was having trouble.) Overall, the value for the price was great. The room/hotel was decently clean and the shower had hot water. One thing to note is there aren’t bedside lamps or charging ports for your phone. It is very close to the Malecón.

housekeeping staff was excellent! friendly and kept room clean. for the price you can't expect too much. the location was excellent. i would suggest disposing of any sheets that have stains, even though they might be "clean", no one wants to see that. this was the case with us. the towels while not scratchy, replace the ones that appear dingy. should use fitted sheets on the bed covering the mattress, not the flat sheet. We tried to call the hotel to confirm our registration was good but no one ever answered the phone. we thought that was strange. they then responded by email. most of the people at the front desk were friendly except for one lady she was kind of mean and when we went out, she took our room key to hold until we came back. the other people working the front desk did not do that. all that being said, we would stay there again because of the location, price and housekeeping staff. but will ask for a room on an upper floor, not the first level, the room faced the side street where you can't open the curtain for natural light because it's facing the sidewalk where people walk by.

Not a place for 5⭐-travelers... But ideal for... One night place to crash, backpackers on a budget.. or last place if other hotels are overbooked. - no restaurant, no other towels but just one basic. Good location and------- basically a bare bones hotel..

It was all good until it was time to turn on the ac it didwork so i went to tell the desk girl about it and all she said was you would've said it early is late and she had an attitude really rude

La ubicación es buena,a una cuadra del boulevard,cerca hay lugares pequeños y sencillos dónde comer o comprar bebidas. Personal amable y atento. La habitación perfectamente limpia, incluso se cuenta con frigobar que es útil para tener bebidas frías en la propia habitación. Sí mencionar que el mobiliario estaba un poco maltratado,podrían atender eso pero no es grave el asunto.
