"The 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit on the ground floor was spacious for a family of four. We loved the large bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cups, and pots and pans. The only drawback was with the communication with the host. I would ask questions about the unit or the check in process and for DAYS, no response. "Cute room, decent bed, coffee pods and machine supplied. Noticed that fridge and heating didn't seem to turn on but didn't need either. Handy cafe below with discount for staying. Would stay again. Handyman Noel is very friendly and looks after property well. "

"Was extremely clean property was in excellent condition. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The court yard was very nice and relaxing to hangout for an evening night cap. The only thing is if your are sensitive to fragrance they have a system that make the hotel public areas including the outside smell very floral can be a bit overwhelming. The upside is you don’t smell the canal water smells."

"Venice is one of those complicated cities to navigate so it's hard to optimize for the "best location". It was a bit of a long walk and lots of stairs from the train station and bus terminal. Even if you take a vaporetto it's a winding walk through the streets---only a taxi could get you conveniently to this hotel.
