"Clean property, maintained, small rooms and bathroom tiny. We would have been very crowded in if we had our 4 adults as was originally planned."

"Clean room. Helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Breakfast in the dining room is made to order, ample portions and reasonably priced"

"Amazing hotel clean, close to everything and wonderful staff"

"The manager, Mark was very personable and knowledgeable about the area. We stayed in #18 Oceanfront ground floor for our 3rd anniversary. Everyone & everything was just perfect. This is a real gem. Recently remodeled...was absolutely stunning."

"Location is great!"

"Elevator scared us a bit as it dropped some when we got into it. Shower was on fill massage couldn't change it..it stung"

"Clean room , clean towels, good breakfast, and very nice friendly staff"

"Housekeeping ladies were wonderful! Kristin at the front desk was very nice and accommodating! We were very impressed!"

"Everything was amazing. Would definitely stay there again. Would live to have a longer stay."

"Pretty sure it was a swinger club."

"Easy access to beach, pool in adjacent property. For the price, it is an excellent way to stay on Siesta Key."

"Check in process was not the greatest. The office was closed on day of check in and the link provided was not working to allow upload of documents. There was sand all over the floor and in the shower -and yes, I know this is a beach house and sand is inevitable but shouldn't be there on day of check in, especially in the shower that hasn't been used yet. The coffee cups were dirty that were on the shelves and so were the knives in the knife rack. The countertop was also sticky like it hadn't...

"Property had a grateful kitchen with just enough utensils, frying pans things that you would need if you prepare your own food during your stay. The property does not have a lot of amenities, but if you’re not into amenities, it doesn’t matter. It’s in a great location central to all things Sarasota and Siesta key."
