"Lovely a little hotel in walking distance everything. Perhaps a little old-fashioned but I like that. No food but restaurants are nearby. Parking was on the street but that was perfectly okay."

"The hotel lobby and staff and restaurants were wonderful. Where this hotel totally neglects is in the cleanliness. It is an old hotel our rooms furnishings were newer but the room was very dirty and so was the bedding and the bathroom. Our friends next door furniture were old and the chairs were disgusting dirty. "Very nice place and extremely clean. Located is conveniently located near airport with a 24 hr shuttle that runs constantly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in Miami. "

"Unfortunately on Sunday after being out for about 5/6 hours we came back to our room at 5pm to find it had not been serviced. It was a very busy weekend due to events in the area, the focus seemed to be on cleaning room for incoming guests not the current guest. We were not impressed."

"The rating overall was Excellent! The staff in the bar was sub par! About 12 people in bar and 3 people working. After waiting 20 minutes for service we left very frustrated. We went up to bar and bar tender brushed us aside saying someone would come. She did but was extremely rude"
