My family of five stayed one night in two rooms the evening before our flight. The rooms were clean. A small pull out was in both rooms to accommodate an extra guest. The concierge representative spoke perfect English, was very friendly and was eager to accommodate our requests. We arrived early and got our rooms a couple of hours before check in. The cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a small restaurant that was open for lunch only. The food looked great. We planned to eat dinner at the hotel but it was closed. Without a car, you have to travel by car, taxi, etc into town to get food, groceries, shopping, etc. as there is nothing around the hotel. It was an overall pleasant stay. Very comfortable. Would recommend to families with small children as well.

Great hotel for an overnight stop prior to going to the airport which is only 10-15 minutes away. Great air conditioning too. It was hot.

Overall this was a really great hotel. The room was as advertised and it was very convenient to the airport. Expedia advertised airport shuttle however, the hotel does not offer airport transfer. The staff were absolutely amazing. I emailed to let them know we would be arriving late and they were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a decent location by the airport

This is a great little hotel. Perfect is you need to be close to the airport for an early flight (Or like us just needed a stopover between an ongoing flight). We had a cheap Uber back fore from the hotel which arrived in within 10mins and was very reasonable for price. The room was more modern than pictured and was far larger than expected. The big bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and a large shower. Breakfast was included in the price, this is cooked/made fresh of a menu which had a great choice or fruits/yoghurts/cooked breakfast/omelettes. We both had omelettes which were extremely tasty with lots of filling. Staff were pleasant and friendly and we were greeted by a very friendly caretaker on arrival as we didn't arrive until past midnight. The hotel had a little park located around the side for children. The hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere so it's only really convenient for the airport or a stop-off although it would only be a 30 minute drive into the centre of Zagreb.

They had no record of our booking (even though I had paperwork) and no rooms to offer, Hotel was all booked out for a wedding. They helped us find other accommodation though but we are still waiting on a refund from lastminute for this error.

Was just a stay to get quickly to the airport quickly the next day. Clean (not modern), big and convenient. Good value for money to get to the airport quickly.

Stayed 2 nights. Great food and bar on site. Rooms very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. One nite a wedding reception with rock band in dinning /event center a bit noisy in our room. The second nite quite and nice. Very nice breakfest at very reasonable price. Close to airport with shuttle. All in all a good place to stay and would recommend and stay again

Experiencia desafortunada en check-in, escribimos al hotel comunicando nuestra hora de llegada tardía, no había nadie en recepción y el guardia nos dio una habitación con solo ropa de cama y toallas para 1 persona, cuando éramos 2 personas, no nos ofreció alternativas y la habitación ya estaba abonada mediante el portal de reservas, por lo tanto no pudimos elegir otro hotel. Dormimos como pudimos y no nos devolvieron la diferencia de precio de una habitación doble a una individual. No recomendaría este hotel en absoluto cuando la recepción esté cerrada.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement
Notre séjour à l’hôtel phœnix a été plus que décevant. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas un buffet. L’hôtel a essayé de nous facturer la chambre deux fois. Le petit déjeuner était compris dans notre réservation mais nous avons tout de même dû le régler à nouveau sur place.

Apenas por uma noite próximo ao aeroporto
Hotel cerca de 15 minutos do aeroporto e muito limpo. Preço baixo. Café da manhã é limitado a algumas opções que deve pedir na mesa. A noite fica apenas um segurança. Faltou um jogo de toalhas no quarto e como era tarde a noite (após 23h) não conseguimos outra toalha. Hotel não tinha recebido o valor do Hoteis.com (Hotel havia sido pago no dia anterior) e tive que pagar em dinheiro de novo. Se for por uma noite e se quiser economizar vale a pena.
