Clean hotel w bad service & bad internet

We stayed at Vingsted just for a night so that we could visit lego house the next day. The reception wasn't very friendly - when asked for some basic help, they just refused to be friendly. The internet was terrible and we ended up using our mobile data. Our room was towards the far end of the hotel which made it annoying. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean - so no complains there.

Great Base for Family with Room for Improvement

This was a very good hotel near Billund, and it worked really well as a base for visiting Legoland. It’s a modern, well-equipped hotel with great infrastructure. It suited my kids well — they had access to an indoor area in one of the conference rooms with mini golf and even some kind of setup that allowed them to play badminton. It was a great way to keep them entertained between activities, especially during the very hot season. However, the room we stayed in had almost no ventilation other than two windows, which made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. That was a major downside for us. We asked the reception for a fan, and the staff did their best to help us find one. It helped a little but didn’t completely solve the problem. We understand that the building isn’t ideal for heatwaves, but it was still very uncomfortable during the night. Breakfast was average. The coffee wasn’t very tasty, but they did offer a wide variety of food options, which was a definite plus. One highlight was the excellent service — both in the restaurant at breakfast and at the reception. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and that left a very positive impression.

Staff is great

We stayed here during our visit to Legoland. Location wise there isnt really anything else nearby, but it was good for that purpose. There are also some fun games in the court yard. The building and the estate itself is stunning, but sadly it hasnt been well looked after in terms of cleaness and maintenance - this also applies to the room. The thing that was fantastic, was the staff! We felt looked after and they went that extra mile for us.

It is not good that a hotel does not have a secured wifi. This creates uncertainty among the guests. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, even after cleaning. The bathroom should be checked, it seems that water from the shower is seeping into the wall under the door. This can lead to mold. The breakfast and restaurant buffet were very good. The waiters did an excellent job, and were nice and helpful

the offer from the internet contradicts what in reality. beautiful surroundings, but terrible conditions. we slept in old rooms, dirty carpet, building like a barrack, was hot from the sun and no air conditioning. the offer includes many sports attractions, but the equipment is devastated, moldy, broken. shame propose to guests. I don't recommend either.

Ganske fint sted, lidt småt rum til 4 mennesker, hvor 2 af senge var slå-ud senge, men fungerede fint for en overnatning. Aircon var lidt højlydt. Personalet var virkelig søde og opmærksomme, særligt de lidt ældre ansatte. Herlige omgivelser med naturen.

Lite strul men bra vistelse

Vi fick ett rum utan AC i och det var väldigt varmt. 2 barn och gravid fru så var det inte optimalt. Vi fick snabbt flytta in i rum där det fanns AC. Under natten märkte vi att AC i det rummet läckte ned kondensvatten på golvet och blev ett rätt rejäl pöl. Dagen efter hade de skickat upp tekniker som lagade temporärt men fick även möjligheten att byta rum. Vilket vi gjorde och allt funkade perfekt därefter. Frukosten hade stort utbud och personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam både i receptionen och restaurangen. En notering vi gjorde var att vi inte kunde få el-laddningen till bilen att fungera. Det styrde av någon app som man behövde ha en dansk adress för att kunna nyttja. Såg smidigt ut men inte som utländsk turist. De borde kunna ha löst något kort från receptionen som man sedan kan betala vid utcheckning hur mycket man laddat för.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per visitare i parchi tematici di Billund ma anche la vicina Vejle. La struttura è immersa nella natura, con parcheggio gratuito e spazio all' aperto per i bambini. Buona la pulizia, il comfort della camera e buona anche la colazione. Fortemente consigliato a chi si muove in auto e cerca un posto tranquillo per riposare.
