"Clean, quiet and always friendly. A great place to stay!"

"The room was clean. Only complaint with the room is the shower door only seems to open on the one side where you turn on the water. It would be nice to turn on the water and then get in the shower on the other side. Always appreciate the room sizes at a Residence Inn. Did not get to use the amenities. Did appreciate they had oat milk for breakfast."

"I stayed here during a conference weekend. I got one of the hot tub rooms. The log cabin themed one. The bathroom was a little outdated, but everything was clean. The walls are thin, but we slept just fine. They had some pretty cool displays throughout the property."

"I'd called before booking, mentioned about parking and size of my vehicle, was told, oh sure you'll fit. Nope, 1st, it's city parking, that you have to pay for. No mention of that at the time. 2nd, any oversized vehicle has to park at a dark lot a ways away from the hotel, and you pay dearly for a dark, no camera insight space and hope for the best.. Noisy, not modern, ceiling says, shows water damage, especially bathroom area. And the clerk in the morning didn't care if you was checking out or not....

"It was a clean convenient place to stay and when we didn't need one of the the rooms they gladly canceled it at no charge. We were not informed of any details of things included with our room, like breakfast and where/when it would be provided. As we checked out we asked about breakfast and were given a paper bag with food in it."

"The room/floors were not clean. The beds were like sleeping on the ground."
