"Good hotel, rooms a bit small and in need of a freshen up, but not to bad. Could have done with a fridge in the Duluxe A/C room that we stayed in. Great food, no upset stomach all the time we were there ( 10 Nights ) Close to the beach, around a two minute walk away, nice pool, always sun beds available to use.Staff were helpful and good fun, they made our stay at the Akhil Beach really nice. "

"The hotel was clean. I would say overpriced though, as there was renovations going on. The food in the restaurant was not actually cooked there, but brought from another hotel. The complimentary spa was only 20min massage. And we did not get any breakfast, even though it was supposen to be on the price."

"This hotel does not have a tie-up with hotels.com and does not honor the reservation/confirmation from hotels.com. We reached the hotel only to be told that they do not have a tie-up with hotels.com or expedia. Fortunately, it was a 'Pay-at-Proeperty' reservation and hence did not lose any money.
