Medewerkster Fatima is zeer onbehoorlijk in haar communicatie doordat ze de niet begrijpt wat er gezegd wordt omdat zij geen Engels spreekt en dan snel boos wordt om helemaal niets. "I was pleasantly surprised by everything at the Golden club hotel. I'd been slightly worried by some reviews before we arrived but i can honestly say our stay in August was excellent. It's a great 3 star hotel. All the staff were brilliant, my children went to kids club on our last 2 days and loved it, huge thanks to Junior, Andre, Pedro and Vinny, especially Junior who took my daughter under his wing and Pedro who entertained my son. "Excellent facilities, breakfast and location. Highly recommend. Only issue was one employee who worked in the dining room who started banging dishes, scowling and making a raucous almost the minute breakfast was over. Anywhere else, our experience is that staff would say that they are closing and inform patrons to get anything else they wanted before the out away the buffet. Nice walk from hotel to the old city. Would stay again. "
