"Good location! Just across the road from the port."

"The was a great view of the port and a little nook in the window to sit. The hotel had great character. The best part was the helpful staff that went out of their way to make the experience the best. We love Syros and the Aktaion Hotel. We will stay there on our next visit for sure."

"It was clean, well maintained in good location. Room was nicely done with private Jacuzzi in the balcony. Our room was cleaned every day and all the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent with different treats and delicacies every day. I would definitely recommend it."

"Very convenient location for local amenities and as a base for exploring the island, helpful and friendly staff, clean and modern room with a great view of the port. Daily breakfast delivered to the room with fruit, eggs, savoury and sweet items. We stayed 3 nights and much enjoyed our time there."

"We were very surprised this is a Michelin key hotel. Yes, it had recently been renovated with lots of marble. Small rooms. Bad breakfast with tiny bufffet. Pool tiny and unclean. Hamman only by appointment. Check in person was arrigant and left us waiting while she did other things. Felt very disrespected."

"Amazing little hotel"

"Everyone was so kind friendly and helpful! What a beautiful guesthouse. And wonderful hosts:)"

"Extremely welcoming and nice people! Centrally located and in a lovely historical building."

"We loved our stay at esperance 1! Beautiful room, front desk was so helpful ❤️ we love syros and loved our stay here"

"The room was large and stylish although very dark with very little natural light. We stayed in the annexe which is located about 150m from the main hotel down a narrow alley. No balcony or outside space so difficult to get anything dry after going to the beach."

"We were travelling as a mother & daughter and enjoyed our stay. Checkin was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious with a newish ensuite and we had the use of a large terrace which was pleasant in the evenings. The hotel was conveniently situated to town and the port. "

"Καθαρό και ήσυχο δωμάτιο"

"Vincenzo Family Hotel offers an unforgettable stay with unmatched hospitality, immaculate facilities, and a truly magical atmosphere. We wouldn't stay anywhere else, over all year round. Clean Rooms: Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable with everything you need. Facilities: Charming garden oasis with peaceful spaces to unwind just 10-15 minute walk from the port. Breakfast & Coffee: An unbelievable, lavish, home-cooked breakfast feast paired with super, fresh...

"We had a good room with a balcony ( side view of the sea )and bathroom. The rooms are compact but clean. Breakfast was served downstairs and it was quite a spread. The only thing that was annoying g was that the toilet could only be used once as it didn’t flush properly the second time you needed to use the toilet. We advised reception who sent someone to look into it ."
