"The exterior of the hotel looks worn out but is very clean, and the room was amazing, brand new furniture and crisp white linens, fresh clean smell and beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised and we did choose this hotel because of the excellent rating and low price. "Check in was a nightmare. Staff was slow but courteous. Spoke with heavy accents and had minimal communication skills. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. No help figuring out how to get anywhere or even get a cup of coffee - no signs, just had to walk around and find stuff in your own."

"The place was okay but definately not worth the price. They charged my card for a deposit of 50 and I still haven't gotten that back and its been almost a month. The beds were comfortable and rooms were reasonably clean. Staff was helpful but probably wont be staying there again."

"There was a very strong irritating smell throughout the building. Maybe cleaning supplies? The tv in our room cut off after approx. 20 - 30 min. each time we tried watching it."
