Very nice and clean rooms, no scents. The property is nice and the staff is very kind and great at answering any questions you may have. The jetted tub is a great feature too!

Ocean Promenade Hotel
If I could give more than five stars, I would. The staff were fantastic, the property was beautiful, and everything about the stay was wonderful. We stayed for the weekend and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. Was a very pleasant stay !

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Riverport Richmond by IHG
Hotel was nice and clean. It was not clearly stated that we needed to call for a shuttle! We waited LONG before finally arranging a ride to hotel. Evening staff had diff rules than morning, both for checkout and early breakfast. Disappointing

Hotel does not have elevators. This did not affect me but will people who have wheel chairs or heavy suitcases. Hotel floor was loud. Did not get any sleep during my six day stay. So loud. It’s not worth staying here, especially paying $128 per day. I recommend going somewhere else. Foyer smells. ...
