We stayed at this property 2 weekends in a row (2 night stays) I picked this place because it was walking distance from the Hospital.
The first weekend we had a really nicely updated room on the ground floor. The 2nd weekend, we had a similar room but not updated - and it was pretty dated. (Understandable if the hotel is slowly doing renos.)
Now, when booking the room i did indicate through expedia that we had a child under 1. When we checked in we had a room on the 2nd floor, I was disappointed as that meant we had to haul a stroller up and down stairs multiple times a day.
The clerk did help me initially, but it was a real pain in the *ss the rest of the time.
The continental breakfast left much to be desired. Cereal, oatmeal and coffee. (i also think ive been spoiled too much with some other hotels) im just happy we didnt have to buy breakfast each morning.
