"The location is so quiet and off the main drag. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There were several fellow occupants, but I was not bothered by any noise."

"The room was dirty, and my daughter found bed bugs in her bed. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. This is unacceptable, and I hope the hotel addresses this issue immediately to ensure future guests do not have the same experience"

"Bathtub had hair in it, the lady cleaned the room and it still had the same hair in the tub. Hotel smelled a bit musty and the ac wouldn’t stay on. Elevator floor had stains the entire duration of my stay. The front desk lady was very nice and the breakfast was good."

"The beds were clean and comfortable. Everything appeared clean enough, but was just old, worn, and shabby. It could definitely use some TLC and updating. It was okay for a one night stay, but we won't choose it next time."

"This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional."

My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. "We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...
