The hotel was meant to be decent with a good breakfast; however, there was minimal breakfast served. When questioned the staff (who can't speak English) they said there were not many guests staying at the hotel; therefore, they didn't have to serve a full breakfast. An example is when we asked for bread for breakfast, they did not have any, and this was meant to be a buffet breakfast. To top that up, they didn't turn on the heaters in the dining area in the middle of winter, so not only was there no breakfast, but there was also no air conditioning. Disgusting service.

Rezervasyon yaparken özellikle çocuk olduğunu belirttik ona göre bir oda seçtik 6. Katta odayı verdiler gece geç saatlere kdar üst kattaki restorandan müzik sesi geldi sonrasında ise insanların restoranı terk ederken bağırış çağırış sesleri yüzünden resepsiyonu arayıp söylediğimizde mekan dağılıyor normaldir cevabını aldık, sözde aileyle dinlenmeye gelmiştik, ve duvarların yalıtımı bi tık kötü diğer sesler yetmezmiş gibi sabaha kadar yan tarafı dinledik, sesi problem etmeyenler için temiz bi otel.

Odalar otel kahvaltı tam fiyat performans güzeldi. Tek sıkıntı en üst katta Restaurant var canlı müzik yapıyorlar ve odalara acayip ses gelıyor. Sonrasında yan odalardan gelen Tv sesleri yüzünden gece uyumak zor oldu. Yalıtım yok.

İlk verilen odanın tuvaleti kirli ve temizlenmemişti, muslukta sorun vardı ve oda kötü kokuyordu. Takip etmem sonucunda odayı değiştirdiler. Kahvaltı saati sabah 8'den itibaren başlıyordu; uçuşum olduğu için faydalanamadım. Kahvaltıyı paket olarak vermelerini istedim ancak böyle bir imkânları yoktu! Diş fırçası ve diş macunu mevcut değildi, satın almak için bile!

Oda temizdi ama ek ihtiyacın olarak hiçbir şey yoktur (havlu,yastık gibi) çalışanlar koordineli olarak çalışmıyor ödediğim girişdeki parayı ödediğimin farkında deyiller o kadar ki 1 gün önceden arayıp cıkış saatiniz geldi diye aradılar konum cok iyi konfor iyi ama hafta sonu kalacak olan biri geceleyin falan müzik ile uyumak zorunda müzik cok rahatsızlık veriyordu geri kalan kısmı herşey mükemmel kalite
