"Staff is always so kind… It’s a huge reason we keep going back. Cleanliness of the hotel isn’t great but when we told the front desk our room hadn’t been vacuumed prior to us checking in, they were on it right away. The towels weren’t replenished in the pool in the morning but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will continue to go there when we need a night away. "My iPhone did not allow me to give a five star rating on all the questions but that’s what I give this hotel!!"

"Everything has been updated. The hot and cold were backwards on sink. My bed moved and made noise every time I moved."

"The room was not what we expected, poorly arranged rather small and we were unable to exchange it for a larger room like we asked to do. The nice thing about our stay was it was very quiet."

"COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER WOULD NOT WORK"

"Quiet part of bgsu. Nice new quick stop next door. Rooms were clean and spacious. Will stay again!"
