"This property was cleaned enough to stay but I they used some kind of cleaning solution that burns my nostrils I ended up having a headache. Scary looking guy greeted me and a piles of homeless person’s things scattered right beside my door. I didn’t feel safe and wanted to get out but I already paid and no where to go I was only in Kamloops for a medical appointment. "The manager is rude, dismisses concerns, doesn’t setup room cleaning unless asked. The facilities are in poor condition, very old, dusty, grimey and not welcoming. He said he’d give me a deal on my next stay and when time came to do it, he didn’t follow through."

Not sure if the mould smell was from the walls or the obvious mould growing in the window....

"This is more of a Motel than a Hotel for starters. The area it is located is close to the Hospital which is handy if you are needing a hotel close by. Motel is quite old and in need of some TLC . The air.conditioner was loud and the controls did not work. I had to turn it off which resulted in a very uncomfortable, hot room. Bathroom was fairly clean. Bathtub needed replacement as it was heavily chipped. Walls needed paint as well. All in all, the front desk staff was friendly, rate was good...
